Built from the debris of exploding stars, home to a zoo of tiny aliens, and controlled by a brain with more possible connections than there are atoms, the human body is the most incredible thing in existence.

The body is just a reflection and an extension of all that is.

There’s no them, there’s us.

Unity, connection to the infinite. UNI VERSE = one song 🎼✨

Assignment:

Tonight, lie under the stars and full moon 🌕 (somewhere you can see the night sky as clearly as possible) and connect with the universe.

Start by first connecting to your breath- inhaling and exhaling with your eyes open.

Keep an open channel, gazing right at the cosmos.

As you lie there breathing, feel your atoms expanding outwards. Feel your body’s vibration and then try match it to the vibration of the universe.

Whatever that may feel like, don’t overthink it, just allow it to happen , even if it’s just in your mind’s eye.

Feel the oneness, the interconnectivity.

When you understand that you’re a part of it all, you’ll feel your limits dissolve and know that you are your dreams- you’re already living them out.
