Sound Therapy: My Journey
I knew from the first moment I experienced a Sound Therapy that it was one of the most powerful healing modalities of our time.
Yes it is one of the most tranquil and calming experiences but it goes beyond serenity. The frequencies and vibrations resonated with my entire being.
Every experience profound and unique.
A journey to connect deeper with myself and empower my mind, body, spirit and the healing power within.
The profound effect sound has had on me, led me to help people that have struggled with anxiety, PTSD, depression … all of those feelings that put us in a negative vibration with ourselves. Sound healing helps raise your vibration frequency which in turn results in you resonating more harmoniously with your true self. The impact of the therapy was so powerful that it led me to become certified in the practice and offer an authentic approach, Sound Alchemys within my practice.
I hope to make sound healing more accessible and highlight the positive effects it has on our physical, mental emotional bodies, most importantly – reconciling the dissonance within us and with others.
Sound is a valuable tool to help break down emotional barriers, unlock and release deep patterns of self-abuse and self-destruction.
Through the process of entrainment, sound can transform negative, repressed emotions into a state of psychological equanimity that has direct and immediate effects on our physiology.
After experiencing PTSD dissipate through sound healing, I believe that sound can play a role in virtually any medical disorder, since it redresses imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning. Sound therapy, many experts say, is at the cutting edge of healing.
The only work the client really has to do is get clear about their intention. After that, the natural processes of vibration, entrainment, and resonant frequency allow stuck energies and traumas to be released and the body reorganises itself accordingly.
Sounds permeate our systems, resonating with our essence, so that inner chaos, conflict, and dissonance seem almost immediately to be transformed into harmony. I believe unequivocally – and I’ve seen for myself the proof – that the use of sound is among the most powerful modalities ever embraced by twentieth-century practitioners.
