The formless.  The unconditioned.  The spirit.  Be still.

Go to the place where the mind is no longer operating.

This is where the eternal resides.

It is the essence of every human being. Within every human being it remains untouched no matter what is on the surface. That is the grace in being here. No matter how much madness you have experienced in your life, it is always there and remains untouched.

Get in touch with the deepest place within.

This is only done by becoming still.

Begin by looking at nature.

Be with anything in nature... A visual majestic tree. You start to sense the presence and stillness of the tree and recognise the stillness within in you.

You are then able to feel and sense the sacredness.

Sometimes You have to reach a limit. Your ego has to be pushed to the limit until you feel this.

The point where you hear yourself say I can’t go on living like this. But who is the ‘you’, you are referring to?

You become aware of who is the essential ‘i’, the essential consciousness and all my thought processes which is my ego.

The mind can create suffering and unhappiness. A stream of thinking.

This is when the ego died and dissolved. The identity of me and my unhappy story died. The ‘i’ behind it woke up and said who is that self who I can’t live with and when you fully look at that self it dissolves, as it cannot survive in the light of intense consciousness.

The mind becomes still. Everything is new and fresh. This is similar when you walk around without labelling or naming anything. Everything vibrates and becomes vibrant.

Everyone can get to this place.

You no longer carry the burden of ‘me’, the personality, a person with its problems. You become a conscious and present, perceiving the beauty around you.

There are many ways to access the power of the present moment.

Ask your self am I still breathing?

Your attention needs to move from the thinking to your chest... and you suddenly feel the air flowing into and out of your body. In that moment you have entered the state of presence. Even if it’s just for 5 seconds. You have become Present in that moment.

Or through every day habitual motions, like washing your hands, walking across the room, do it consciously, do it being present. Feel the water. Smell the soap. Become acutely conscious of sense perception. Looking, hearing, smelling, touching brings you into the present moment.

Feeling every part of what it takes to get you somewhere.

To the mind it is meaningless.

It cannot understand.

But this is how you bring in awareness.

The end of the old conditioning.

A fresh and new consciousness, the more you bring those moments of presence into your life the more the old becomes eroded.

The simple things begin to retrain your mind.

Most people live in a way that everything you do is a means to an end.

So you never think of the moment. This is because when you are making a coffee, you are making it because you want to drink it.

You’re having a shower thinking where you’re going next and how your day is going to unfold.

Constantly frustrated and stressed because you can’t be present now.

The power can only flow into your life when you are completely present with what you are doing now.

People are always living for the next thing so they devalue the present moment and in turn they are unable to have this power.

Your attention can become completely there in everything you do.

When something becomes from an ego... it doesn’t satisfy you. It may satisfy you for a little  while but then it seeks more. It expects more to be satisfied.

The world of Form cannot satisfy you. True satisfaction doesn’t come from things. Happiness comes from a deeper place within you that you can only access from The Present Moment. If you always expect some kind of satisfaction, you will always be frustrated.

It comes down to not allowing yourself to be defined by things.

Think about the depth of your sorrow if you were to loose any of those things. How much would you suffer? Your attachment gets broken.

You go beyond the attachment.

But you become free from the ego because it cannot identify with it.

Manifestation... the basis for your life is the present moment.

Come to an acceptance of this Moment as it is.

Gratitude is part of this.

So there is no neediness when you manifest.

You need to find a place of acceptance. No matter where you are, become friendly with the present moment so you can become friendly with life so it can support you.

For example being stuck in the mud... Accept the moment and prevent negative reactions.

Action comes out of the acceptance. Not out of resistance.

A different energy flow... empowered by life itself.

The more you make your thoughts into your identity, the more cut off you are from the spiritual dimension within yourself.

How spiritual  you are has nothing to do with what you believe. It is everything to do with your state of consciousness. How present you are in this moment.

Are you in your thoughts or are you there in the awareness behind your thoughts?

It is Stillness.

Do not ask what do you believe in? This creates labels and madness.

Ask,  Are you present in this moment?

Set aside time...

Am I ready to be still?

Some people are not... are you so fascinated of the things of this world and your mind that perhaps you need to pursue those things for a few more years and suffer with your ego before you are ready?

One may ask, What is presence?

We can only know the answer to this by being present.

It’s a process.

Worry about yourself.

Accept it is not for everyone right now.

Get closer to who you really are and honour your life’s purpose.
