Vulnerability

Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity.

It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity.

If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.

Among the greatest strengths you have as a person are your abilities to be authentic and vulnerable.

Both promote deeper healing because they help identify your unique needs and allow you to ask for, and receive, the help that you require to fulfill yourself physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.

Being authentic allows you to embrace all parts of yourself and be honest with others.

Vulnerability gives you permission to let the people around you see parts of yourself that you would normally keep private. It gives you the courage to admit that you can’t do it all yourself and may need help achieving everything you set out to do on your healing journey.

Create a space within yourself just be you.

Free of conceptions of what you should be or need to be.⠀

I’ve learned to stay in my lane and create. Create to my hearts content, in order to make this magic possible. Allowing others to stand in their truth, while I continue to grow mine. ⠀

Cultivating the ever present sense of self, I AM presence.⠀

Becoming something greater, more wild, more quantumly embodied, more self-mastered... more magic through creation.

Aligning thoughts and actions to get you the reality you desire.⠀
